Hands on Cooking Class, Wine Lunch, Walking Tour
Cooking with Chef Antonio! Come learn how to clean, prepare and cook fresh seafood, antipastas, fresh pasta (available gluten free), vegetables, and an Amalfi Coast lemon house specialty paired with the house digestivo/ liquor.
A select wine tasting will accompany our lunch and Antonio will give a walking tour of his town for those interested in perusing.
Come ready to look, learn, lunch and linger over lovely vino!
Calling all cooks and foodies. This is your chance to spend the morning in the kitchen experimenting with a gregarious chef. Take notes and new ideas home to try and enoy the select wine pairing throughout lunch.
9am: depart Pozzuoli 10am: depart SS 11am: Welcome aperitivo, walking tour NOON: Cooking Class followed by lunch and wine tasting
